Burien’s annual Music in the Park concert series comes to a close Thursday, Aug. 20, with a free evening of live music featuring Brian James Was Here at Lake Burien School Memorial Park, 1620 SW 149th St., Burien.
The final concert runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and will feature a blend of blues, country, and rock.

Enjoy Dinner With the Concert
Two food trucks will be available during the Aug. 20 concert: Centro and Classic Eats. Concertgoers can grab something to eat and settle in for an evening of outdoor music.
Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the final summer concert with family and friends.
In case of rain, concertgoers should call 206-988-3700 after 5 p.m. to find out whether the concert has been relocated.
