For many high school students, prom is a milestone they look forward to for years. But for some, the cost of formal attire can put that experience out of reach. That’s where Project PROMise steps in to provide students the opportunity to choose dresses, suits, shoes, and accessories to ensure that every student has the opportunity to feel confident and celebrated on their special night.

Project PROMise is a community-driven initiative that provides free formalwear to students across Highline Public Schools. Students are offered a wide selection of new and gently used formal clothing and accessories in order to remove financial barriers so every student can participate in prom or winter formal events. Highline Foundation describes the program as “A Cinderella Story.”
