The City of SeaTac invites all residents and business owners of diverse backgrounds to apply to participate in your City. This means YOU!
The City of SeaTac Citizens' Advisory Committees assist the City Council in decision-making and setting of City policies. Upcoming volunteer opportunities may be available on the following committees and are open to citizens of SeaTac or persons who own, operate, or are employed at a business in the City of SeaTac.

Arts, Culture & Library Advisory Committee
Community Services Advisory Committee
Senior Citizen Advisory Committee
Tree Board, or StART Committee
Hotel/Motel Tax Advisory Committee
All applicants selected for appointment will be subject to a background investigation.
- Citizen Advisory Committee Applications are subject to public disclosure laws of the State of Washington (RCW 42.56), and if requested will be provided in its entirety, without redaction or notification.
- The City of SeaTac is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
- Individuals from all backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.
- Youth (SeaTac students and residents age 16-18) are eligible to apply for the ACLAC and CSAC.

- The Mayor appoints, and the City Council confirms, all members.
- StART Committee is not a City committee, but members representing the City are appointed by the City Council.
- Applications are retained for one year from the date received unless you are appointed.
The completed application should be returned to the City Clerk where it will be kept on file for one year. When a position becomes available, your application will be reviewed for consideration of membership.
