Burien launches “Fix It Burien,” a new app helping residents report potholes, graffiti, and neighborhood concerns directly to city staff.
The City of Burien has launched a new issue-reporting tool designed to make it easier for residents to report non-emergency concerns throughout the community.
Fix It Burien allows community members to quickly notify the City about potholes, overgrown vegetation, graffiti, litter, damaged or downed signs, and other neighborhood issues directly from a computer or mobile device. Users can upload photos, pinpoint the exact location on a map, and provide helpful details to ensure a timely and efficient response.
The tool is similar to SeaTac’s “See. Click. Fix.” app that many SeaTac residents use to easily and quickly communicate concerns with city staff.
Residents may also create an optional account to track progress and receive updates on their submissions.
Fix It Burien is available now through the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or online at burienwa.gov/report.
