A new playground is coming to McMicken Heights Park, and there’s still time to help build it.
Volunteer opportunities remain available during the November 4–7 build week at 3740 S. 166th St. in SeaTac. Residents can register for one or more days.

What volunteers should know
Work is available for different skill and ability levels. Breakfast, lunch, water and required safety supplies are provided.
The build happens rain or shine. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes that can get dirty. Youth activities are available, but children below legal working age cannot participate in construction areas.
Check available shifts and register through KABOOM! Registration requires an account.
We spoke with Kaboom! representative Jesse and he told us volunteers may also sign the waiver on site.
