Highline School District has two public meetings this week. The district is seeking community feedback on its strategic plan and budget on Jan 20. The regular school board meeting is scheduled for January 21.

Attendance was sparse at a Highline public meeting to "help shape what comes next for Highline." Next opportunity for feedback is set for February 3rd at Sylvester Middle School.

Highline School Board Directors established roles for key committees and organizations, and heard a presentation on bond refinancing, preparing them for votes on resolutions in a later meeting.
Board Directors will hold a Special Meeting/ Oath of Office Ceremony, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 4:30 – 5:45 p.m. The Regular Board Meeting will follow at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Boardroom at the Central Office Building located at 15675 Ambaum
